Within 14 days after receiving the order, inform the reason for the exchange / return.

1. Carefully pack the item in a complete set with tags and original packaging that were upon receipt of the goods;
2. Send the goods to the specified branch of Nova Poshta.                                                                                                                         
     If you are sending a product for exchange of a different model and the order amount is more than the previous one, we will issue an invoice for an additional payment.
   If less, we will refund the difference.
