Return/exchange procedure:

Within 14 days after receiving the order, inform the reason for the exchange / return.

1. Carefully pack the item in a complete set with tags and original packaging that were upon receipt of the goods;
2. Send the goods to the specified branch of Nova Poshta.                                                                                                                         
     If you are sending a product for exchange of a different model and the order amount is more than the previous one, we will issue an invoice for an additional payment.
   If less, we will refund the difference.

Items that have been used cannot be returned.

Attention! The exchange of unsuitable goods occurs at the expense of the buyer in both directions when sending the goods by delivery services. If you sent the goods at our expense, we will deduct this money from the cost of the goods.
